- Peter Lau (PL)
- Peter Lau joined Thomas Miller in March 2004 from an international shipping law firm. Peter sailed on tankers and bulk carriers before qualifying as a solicitor. Peter is currently the manager of the Hong Kong claims team. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

- Felix Lai (FL)
- Felix spent ten years handling claims for shipowners, charterers and a freight forwarder in Hong Kong before joining Thomas Miller. He holds a degree, a diploma in transport management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

- Yian Soon Ng (YSN)
- YS joined Thomas Miller from Spica Services. Before joining Spica in 1990 he was a deck officer, followed by five years with the Port of Singapore Authority as a Port Safety Inspector.
