DANIEL EVANS - CHAIRMAN AND CLUB MANAGER
Dan Evans Daniel has overall responsibility for the Club's world-wide claims. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales having previously qualified in New Zealand. Daniel joined Thomas Miller in 1992 and has handled P&I and Defence claims for a wide range of Members, in particular the Club's Greek Members.

In 1998 Daniel became area director of Thomas Miller Hellas. He returned to London in 2002 to as Deputy Club Manager. In 2007 he became Club Manager with overall responsibility for the operation of the Club.

Daniel is also a member of the BIMCO Documentary Committee. He is a Supporting Member of the LMAA.

ALAN MACKINNON - SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CLAIMS
Alan MacKinnonHe joined Thomas Miller in August 2005 after five years as a solicitor with a leading firm of maritime lawyers in London. He joined L7 as a senior claims executive, dealing with a mixture of P&I and Defence cases, primarily for the Club's German members. In 2007 he joined the Club's management team as a Senior Claims Director.

MARC JACKSON - SENIOR CLAIMS DIRECTOR
Marc Jackson Marc qualified as a barrister. He then spent four years at the Bar and a further two years handling Defence cases with another P&I Club, before joining Thomas Miller in 1998. Marc deals with both P&I and Defence matters.

STUART JAMES - SENIOR CLAIMS DIRECTOR
Stuart James Stuart joined Thomas Miller in 1988 after spending ten years in ship operations, claims and chartering, working for shipowners and charterers.

Since joining Thomas Miller, he dealt initially with P&I and Defence matters for the Clubs' European Members, specialising first in the Soviet Union, although for the most part has been involved in the Greek Market.

Paul Kaye Paul is a qualified solicitor and practised at a leading shipping law firm for 3 years. He spent 5 years with another P&I Club before joining Thomas Miller in 2000. Paul handles both P&I and Defence matters.

SUSANNE MURPHY - SENIOR CLAIMS DIRECTOR
Following a degree in marine geography and a masters degree in marine law Susanne joined Thomas Miller in 1995. She currently deals mainly with claims for the Club's Members based in Germany. In 2006 she joined the Club's management team as a Senior Claims Director.

PAUL SESSIONS - SENIOR CLAIMS DIRECTOR
Paul Sessions Paul is a qualified barrister with a Master's Degree in Maritime Law.

He spent five years working with Greek and Norwegian shipowners, before joining Thomas Miller in 1996. Paul has since dealt with both P&I and Defence claims, specialising in the Greek and Turkish markets.

More recently, he has specialised in the Japanese market.
