- Paul is a solicitor. He joined Thomas Miller in 2003 from another P&I Club in Greece where he spent 3 years as a claims manager handling both P&I and hull and machinery claims. Prior to this Paul served as a deck officer with the Royal Navy.

- Kit practised as a solicitor dealing with shipping, medical negligence and personal injury work at a London law firm before joining Thomas Miller in 1995. Prior to that, she worked as a senior registered nurse and ran the intensive care unit at a London hospital. Kit speaks Malay and the Chinese dialects of Hokkien, Teochew and Hakka as well as Mandarin.
