- Paul is a solicitor. He joined Thomas Miller in 2003 from another P&I Club in Greece where he spent 3 years as a claims manager handling both P&I and hull and machinery claims. Prior to this Paul served as a deck officer with the Royal Navy.

- Johanah joined Thomas Miller as a senior claims executive in February 2006 after 6 years as a solicitor and partner with several London firms of maritime solicitors. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Johanah worked as an assistant to a well known commercial/maritime arbitrator.
