- Susanne Murphy (SUM) - Area Director
- Following a masters degree in marine law Susanne joined Thomas Miller in 1995. She is the Area Director for L7 and has traditionally dealt with claims for the Club's German Members. In 2006 she joined the Club's management team as a Senior Claims Director.

- Paul is a qualified solicitor and practised at a leading shipping law firm for 3 years. He spent 5 years with another P&I Club before joining Thomas Miller in 2000. Paul handles both P&I and Defence matters.
