- Susanne Murphy (SUM) - Area Director
- Following a degree in marine geography and a masters degree in marine law Susanne joined Thomas Miller in 1995. She currently deals mainly with claims for the Club's Members based in Germany. In 2006 she joined the Club's management team as a Senior Claims Director.

- Bill Kirrane (WK)
- A master mariner with a maritime studies degree. Bill joined Thomas Miller in 1995. Before joining the Club he spent 15 years at sea serving on bulk carriers, container ships, car carriers and tankers. He also worked with a Cyprus based shipowner. Bill now handles a wide variety of P&I and Defence claims.

- Paul Kaye (PK) - Senior Claims Director
- Paul is a qualified solicitor and practised at a leading shipping law firm for 3 years. He spent 5 years with another P&I Club before joining Thomas Miller in 2000. Paul handles both P&I and Defence matters.
