- Philip Clacy (PBC) - Area Director
- Philip has a degree in nautical studies and an MBA. He joined Thomas Miller in 1986. He was the manager of Syndicate C3 for three years and has particular expertise in the Middle East. He is now the H1 Area Director.

- Cedric joined Thomas Miller in 1996, after studying law in Leeds, Nantes and Lille. Cedric also spent some time working for an insurance broker in Nantes. He speaks French.

- Alexandra Couvadelli (ANC)
- Alexandra joined Thomas Miller in 1994, having gained a Masters degree in Maritime Law. She is a qualified Greek attorney and English solicitor. Alexandra worked for a shipping company, a firm of London solicitors and spent several months at sea before joining Thomas Miller. She speaks French, Greek and some Italian.

- Tony joined Thomas Miller in 1990 from Elborne Mitchell solicitors where he spent fifteen years involved in ship finance, charterparty and sale and purchase disputes. He has also worked for shipbrokers in London and Tokyo and has specialised in casualty investigations.

- Nick joined Thomas Miller (Hellas) in 1999. He is a qualified barrister and deals with both P&I and Defence matters. He is bilingual in Greek and English.
