- Rod Lingard (RL) - Area Director
- Rod is a master mariner with degrees in nautical studies, law and an MBA. He joined the Sunderland P&I Club in 1987 and moved to London in 1998. He has been heavily involved in the Club's Value for Money project.

- Marc Jackson (MRJ) - Senior Claims Director
- Marc qualified as a barrister. He then spent four years at the Bar and a further two years handling Defence cases with another P&I Club, before joining Thomas Miller in 1998. Marc deals with both P&I and Defence matters.

- Stuart James (STJ) - Senior Claims Director
- Stuart joined Thomas Miller in 1988 after spending ten years in ship operations, claims and chartering, working for shipowners and charterers. Since joining Thomas Miller, he has dealt initially with P&I and Defence matters for the Clubs' European Members, specialising first in the Soviet Union although for the most part has been involved in the Greek Market.
