The FSA in the UK and the Insurance Supervisor in Cyprus require that the UK Defence Club and its subsidiary, UK Defence (Europe), have in place, and operate, appropriate and effective procedures for registering and responding to complaints from our Members. Comments from Members and others in the market on the service we provide are important to us and our feedback system is where such comments are collected and analysed.
In order to meet regulatory requirements all complaints from Members, as well as other Member feedback, must be reported through our Compliance Officer whose contact details are set out below.
