The Zenovia was employed under a chain of charters which required redelivery by “minimum 20 September 2007/ maximum 22 November 2007.” The charterer was obliged to give “not less than 30 days followed by 20/15/10/7 days notice of approximate redelivery date and intended port thereafter 5/3/2/1 days definite notice of redelivery date and port.”
