Coronavirus Impact on Litigation

Worldwide lockdowns have inevitably had an impact on litigation. In some countries, court proceedings have been placed on hold while in others restrictions have been imposed.  In some cases, attempts have been made to adapt to the situation and enable proceedings to continue via video conferencing.  Some guidance on this topic can be found in the following resources.
