These Service Guidelines (2024) set out the Club’s expectations as to how cases should be handled by the lawyers instructed on behalf of Members. They reflect the Club’s policy of “no surprises” but also contain references to other important matters, including alternative billing arrangements.
The Club expects all appointed law firms to be acquainted with, and to adhere to, these Guidelines.
